Spent new year in this lovely place. So many things I liked about it: firstly, the location is perfect, just a short drive away from major tourist destinations. , the staff is very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Another great feature was the complimentary drink and pastry offered every morning from an in-house bakery. The room was modern and immaculately clean, providing a comfortable place to rest after a long day of sightseeing.

Despite the generally positive experience, there were a few minor issues we encountered. the breakfast spread could have been more extensive, but it was still good enough.

The location of this B&B is perfect for exploring the areas around Lucca and Pisa. You can find a restaurant nearby which offers affordable meals for lunch and dinner. the staff here is very welcoming and friendly, and the room is clean, spacious, and well-furnished with AC. the bathroom is modern and spotless. the breakfast at the bakery inside the house is exceptional and the added benefit of a drink with it is a nice touch. Free parking and a play area for kids are also available.

Occasional barking dogs from the neighbors might be an issue for light sleepers at night.

We loved the friendly staff, the delicious breakfast, and the modern and clean room. The hotel has free parking, a playground, and is conveniently located close to a restaurant for dinner. We also appreciated the AC in the room and the short 10-minute drive to Pisa.

Nothing to fault.

The breakfast was decent, but we ended up buying some treats from a nearby bakery since the options were limited. the location was just right, with a short drive to both Lucca and Pisa. the free parking lot was also handy for our rental car.

The room itself was disappointing, it was cramped and lacked any real character. We were also kept up at night by the loud barking of dogs from neighboring establishments.
